VOXINFOS is a simple tool and only know your position. So it will inform you when you come close to the dangers it is aware of with danger caracteristics So, VOXINFOS will alert you when you come to 300m of danger in city area, to 2000m in suburbs or roads and to 4000m on highways.

No, VOXINFOS will inform you only that there is a danger close toyour position and will give you the speed limit in that case.

No, but it is not so important youmay not, as VOXINFOS will store the information according to type you gave from 30 minutes to 12 hours. During this period of time, VOXINFOS will alert others users that there is a danger. After this delay,if will be deleted from the database.If there is a real danger at this place, different users providing this information from time to time will postpone its due date in the database.
